Parris Hall, 26, ID'd As Victim In Broad Daylight Philadelphia Shooting

The man killed in a broad daylight shooting on Wakeling Street in Philadelphia has been identified as 26-year-old Parris Hall, authorities announced.

Philadelphia Police responded to the 1800 block of Wakeling Street at 10:19 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, for a report of a person with a gun. Officers found Hall lying on the highway with multiple gunshot wounds, police said.

Hall was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he died at 10:40 a.m., investigators said.

Thirteen 9mm fired cartridge casings were recovered from the scene, but no weapon has been found, and no arrests have been made, authorities said.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
